Product Introduce:
Reverse Circulation drilling,uses rods with inner and outer tubes, the drill cuttings are returned to surface inside the rods.
High quality RC equipment also has the ability to dry out the rock with large air compressors before the drill hits, which provides dry rock chips and, in turn, better samples.
Adavantages:
Ideal for harsh environments. RC drilling uses approximately 40% less water than diamond drilling, making it a better option for remote area drilling.
Reduced risk of cross-contamination. As the cuttings travel through the drill bit’s inner tube and aren’t introduced to other areas of the drill hole, the samples remain uncontaminated.
Provides greater sample accuracy, and cuttings are easy to catalogue. The collected samples have an exact location and depth where they were acquired, making it easier to more precisely locate mineral deposits.

SOLLROC Reverse Circulation drilling (RC) ,from size 3’’ to 5.5’’, is a technique of drilling that uses dual wall drill rods that consist of an outer drill rod with an inner tube. By using compressed air to extract rock fragments sample,the samples travel through rods to a sample splitter at surface, avoiding all contact between the samples and the borehole wall that allows samples to be retrieved with minimal contamination,which is mainly used in deep hole exploration and mining grade control.
