Product Introduce:

A reverse circulation drilling method for drilling cuttings carrying drill cuttings through the inner bore of the drill rod and returning from the borehole to the ground.
The liquid (gas) flow of the reverse circulation drilling is compared with the conventional circulation method called positive circulation, in which the flushing medium is fed into the bottom of the drill hole through the inner hole of the drill rod and returns to the ground along the annular gap outside the drill rod. The speed of return is high, and it is very strong to carry rock powder. Rocks that have been drilled at the bottom of the hole can be discharged in time and quickly return to the surface.

SOLLROC Reverse Circulation drilling (RC) ,from size 3’’ to 5.5’’, is a technique of drilling that uses dual wall drill rods that consist of an outer drill rod with an inner tube. By using compressed air to extract rock fragments sample,the samples travel through rods to a sample splitter at surface, avoiding all contact between the samples and the borehole wall that allows samples to be retrieved with minimal contamination,which is mainly used in deep hole exploration and mining grade control.
